Pupil Portfolio

In Key Stage 3 Pupils are introduced to a range of Art theory and practices covering a range of materials both 2-D and 3-D.  During years 8 and 9, pupils build on the foundations of key skills and art practices.   Independent, original creativity is encouraged to allow pupils’ own individual style to develop.  Pupils are introduced to a range of Artists from the established Great Artists to Contemporary practitioners.  

At GCSE pupils are taught through a range of key skills, workshops and themed projects.  This enables an approach to GCSE examinations with a well-developed range of skills, the depth and breadth of knowledge, independence, confidence and ultimately success.
